Discovering the Territory by E-bike (Spring and Autumn)
An experience not to be missed to enjoy carefree moments whilst having fun! Whether you choose to rent a bike independently or join a guided tour (in collaboration with Telesia Escursioni), you’ll have the opportunity to admire the beauty of the Sannio countryside, pedalling leisurely – and without effort.
The routes wind through long stretches away from traffic, immersed in nature. Guided tours are available for every level of preparation: from the simplest to the most challenging. During the journey, the guide will tell you about the history of the territory and local curiosities.
Possible itineraries include: panoramic tour around the lake, routes through vineyards and olive groves, visits to nearby villages.
For those who love challenges, we also organise mountain e-bike excursions, thanks to our collaboration with Mountain Bike Sanniti. This activity takes place on alternative dirt tracks.
Advance booking is required for all activities.
Villages of Sannio (Spring-Early Summer, Autumn)
If you love discovering new places far from mass tourism, where time flows slowly and traditions resist the passing of years, dedicate a day to visiting the characteristic villages of our hinterland.
You can stroll through the evocative tuff city of Sant’Agata dei Goti, admire the artisanal ceramics of San Lorenzello and Cerreto Sannita, lose yourself among the stone alleyways of Guardia Sanframondi and Cusano Mutri, or venture as far as Pietraroja, where the history of the small dinosaur Ciro awaits you… along with a taste of its excellent local ham.
The Fresh Sulphurous Waters of Telese Terme (Summer)
Our town has been renowned since 1349 for its precious sulphurous waters, known for their healing properties on skin, digestive system, respiratory tract and rheumatic disorders.
You can take advantage of one-week treatment cycles, in agreement with the national health service, or simply enjoy a relaxing walk in the shade of the trees in the thermal park.
From June to September, two cold sulphurous water pools are open, ideal for cooling off during hotter days. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information for booking.
Not to be missed: according to Telesian tradition, you must taste the sulphurous water at the source… accompanied by a tarallo! The smell? It’s like hard-boiled eggs forgotten in the sun – but the taste is gentler and the benefits are real! The water is also bottled and available for purchase: an original idea for a small wellness souvenir to give to your loved ones (perhaps warning them first 😄).
Grassano Park (Spring-Early Summer, Autumn)
Just 2km from Alma Migrante lies Grassano Park, an unspoiled natural oasis of 120,000 square metres, ideal for those who wish to escape from the city and immerse themselves in nature.
The park is crossed by the icy, yet crystal-clear waters of the Rio Grassano where ducks, geese and even otters live! Lush willows, poplars and lime trees grow along the banks, creating cool and relaxing views perfect for a simple walk (entrance is free and dogs are welcome).
The park is the ideal place to spend carefree days with family or friends: you can rent tables and gazebos for picnics (from €25 to €50 per day) or hire a canoe to glide on the water and enjoy yourself in an original way.
Tip for photography enthusiasts: prepare to capture plays of light, water reflections, enchanting views and intense colours in every season.

Vinalia – Wine Festival (August)
If you love wine, you cannot miss Vinalia: an event that takes place for approximately 10 days during the evenings of early August, in the picturesque village of Guardia Sanframondi. Local wineries open their doors and move into the alleys of the historic centre, where they set up tasting points with the best of their wine, renowned throughout the region.
By purchasing a glass, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the village and savour different labels, accompanied by typical local products.
All in a convivial atmosphere, with live folk music and soft lighting that transforms the village into a true celebration under the stars.
Mushroom Festival (Septmber – October)
The Mushroom festival of Cusano Mutri is one of the most anticipated events in the province of Benevento – and a truly unmissable appointment for those who love authentic flavours and festive atmosphere.
The absolute protagonist is the porcini mushroom, used in many recipes that respect the local tradition: from tagliatelle to trofie, to more creative dishes that remain tied to country cooking.
Every evening, stalls and food stands enliven the historic centre of the village, inviting visitors to savour warm, genuine and flavourful dishes.
At the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) the stands also open for lunch, making the experience even more complete.
Do you want to experience the magic of the festival with a more peaceful touch?
We recommend visiting Cusano Mutri between Monday and Wednesday, when the streets of the medieval village are more livable.
From Thursday onwards the village comes alive, attracting up to 100,000 people in two weeks!
Grape Festival (Second Sunday of September)
An ancient tradition, born in the 1700s, which each year involves the entire community of Solopaca, transforming the village into a stage of colours, scents and creativity.
On the morning of the second Sunday in September, the streets come alive with the spectacular parade of allegorical floats, entirely made with grape berries. True works of art, the result of weeks of work and passion, which every year amaze thousands of visitors.
Accompanying the floats, an evocative procession in historical attire: ladies, knights and characters from the eighteenth century parade through the streets of the village with sumptuous costumes, period hairstyles and wigs, evoking the cultural roots of the city.
Once you’ve admired the parade, allow yourself to be tempted by the local popular cuisine: trattorias and food stands will welcome you with simple, authentic and flavourful dishes, as per the farming tradition.
Christmas Markets at Limatola Castle (November – Early December)
Every year, Limatola Castle transforms into a fairy tale setting, offering Christmas emotions to both adults and children.
Perched on a hill and overlooking the ancient village, the castle lights up with thousands of lights, creating a warm, magical and truly unique atmosphere.
The Christmas Markets are set up with a different theme each year: settings curated down to the smallest detail, stalls full of local crafts, gift ideas and typical products of the territory.
For the little ones, the experience is even more special: shows, animated fairy tales and fantastic characters bring to life an imaginary world full of surprises and wonder.
It is one of the most beloved Christmas events in Campania, with thousands of visitors each season.
